This were project-birds from 2008 that I gived to a friend in 2010 to continue this specific coloration of "Columbian Moroseta".
I distributed several of my different "new" coloration project-birds among several of my friends in different European countries (also in Italy) to continue the selection and for the certainty that the selected genes would not suddenly be lost on 1 specific location due to illness or a fox attack.
The idea behind this plan was to can rely on those friends to deploy animals back in my project-coops if necessary.
That is what friends are for, right ?

eb/eb (Asiatic Partridge) is the original ground-pattern (E-locus) of the Moroseta.
To be honnest to can become this clean white (read Silver) in the back-feathers of the rooster you need the ground-pattern eWh/eWh (as I explained also on my website). That was the secret ... sssstttt ;-)
This is what I intend (these are on gold) but you can see clearly the difference in underpluff coloration which go along with the gold feathers but also with the counterpart Silver :
