I presume you breeded blu X blu, yes?
In that case you get:
25% Bl/Bl = splash (the most light ones);
50% Bl/bl+ = blu (the middle coloured ones);
25% bl+/bl+ = black (the dark ones)
Blue is a deluter of black, blue is "Dominant gen that acts Intermidiar" meaning:
you need only ONE allele Bl to see blu Bl/bl+ in fenotipo;
when you have TWO alleles blu you see in fenotipo splash Bl/Bl;
when you have NO allele blu than you see black in fenotipo bl+/bl+.
