The only way to realy find out with the "dilution" that blue is is breeding with patience.
Not forget blue is an "intermediar" colour (you can read it as a colour in between two other colours).
Theoreticaly it must be right in the middle but in reality it never is.
Sometimes it is 50% but can be 30, 40, 60, 70 % and so on.
That is also why only a few people have the patience to breed this colour because it is so difficult to find that 50% way. And once you have it you not can keep it you must always try again.
But that is just the beauty of it.
