I give 1 time a week yoghurt nature (no sucre added) mixed with muesli (ceriale mixture with dried fruits) about 1 soup spoon for 1 adult or 1 thee spoon for chicks (starting at +- 12 weeks old). The other days I give aplles.

The first time they are reserved but once they know it and they see you coming with it they come running towards you ;-)
