We (Tunde and I) are very very tiered after 3 days of exhibition and presentation. This week Tunde will post many photo's and explanation in Italiano. I already can tell it was a formidable succes and Tunde was the queen on the exhibition. She made contact (and also became personal friend with the overall Championne of Europe in Moroseta, Ms Martha Van Dam) with ALL the other famous Holland breeders (in English and she learned English in only 5 weeks exspecially for this occasion) and via her a lot will be possible now for the Moroseta (the more better moroseta) in Italy in the future.
From me a very big BRAVO for Tunde because she is a GREAT moroseta LADY (I hope you all Italian breeders will also appriaciate what she did (all alone coming to Belgium and on her own expence) for helping puting the moroseta on the card in Italy).
Now we wait for the presantation she will make for you people on the forum about the 3 days of European Championship in Bruges 2008.
Now Italy have 2 great moroseta ladies.(Rachele or Tunde, should it be possible to translate this in Italiano for me again? Thank you).

Ciao a tutti. La mostra è stata bellissima e gli allevatori simpaticissimi e disponibilissimi, abbiamo passato 3 bellissime ed indimenticabili giornate. Grazie a Danny che mi ha insegnato l'inglese, sono riuscita a parlare con tutti, mai avrei pensato di poter chiacchierare in questa lingua. Sempre grazie a Danny ho conosciuto tanti allevatori famosissimi, è stato un onore chiacchiare con loro. Qualcuno mi ha regalato un gallo bellissimo e qualcun'altro delle uova. Sono tornata ieri notte.
All'aeroporto mi ha fermata la polizia con il loro cane, volevano prendere le uova che ho portato con me, sinceramente non so se potevo portarle o no, loro hanno detto di no. Li ho convinti di lasciarmele (ne avevo in valigia 70), ho anche fatto vedere le foto delle mie Moroseta e ho parlato della mostra di Bruges.
Ho pensato di inserire le nostre foto con gli allevatori nel mio sito per non citare nomi sul forum, appena è pronta, vi do il link. Inserisco la prima foto: da sinistra a destra Camille, io e Danny.

Che belloooo, mi sono fatta raccontare un po' tramite messaggio, ero troppo curiosa e quasi quasi rosicavo..hai visto tunde che bello incontrare i migliori allevatori della nostra razza, tutti super gentili..sono contenta che tu abbia fatto questa esperienza..bravo Danny sei proprio una bravissima persona

Ah, how many, about 300 moroseta I think, or even more, mostley all of Holland breeders (also from Germany, France, Belgium, England)
The colours that were exposed most were the White and the Black unicoloured with an without beard, also many Pardridge(gold) and Partridge(silver) Grigioperla, Platenbond(not officially recognized), Red and Buff, Cucula ...
We (Tunde, Camille and I, see the photo above) made a presentation of the Columbia moroseta and got a lot of attention for and a lot of ask for also.
We (Tunde and I) will try to create more new colours in the moroseta (on this subject you can see more on the site: zijdehoenders.googlepages.com/t&dcreating)
We spook about with different famous Holland breeders and they are willing to support us with some of there best animals to become animals of good shape in these new colours, we already got 7 good good animals from the best breeders and are promised more for the beginning of 2009.
Also we got already about 70 eggs of them from different colours moroseta and from different breeders. We will tell you all about this on our site: zijdehoenders.googlepages.com/t&dcreating and also on the site of Tunde but it is still under construction.
When more is availeble (photo's, texts, names of breeders and there colours) we let you know.
Give us a little time because we have to take good care again of our animals that were the last days a little left alone + we are very tiered of all the work and travel we did + we try to make a good presentation of the Bruges Exhibition so that all you can enjoy better this formidable happening.

La mostra è stata organizzata dal presidente del "Koninklijke Angora Kleinveeclub Brugge v.z.w." insieme al "Zijdehoenclub Nederland en Belgie" e sono stati presenti non solo Moroseta ma anche le altre razze di polli e di altri avicoli e poi tanti conigli e altri piccoli e grandi animali. Inizio ad inserire le foto.

Tunde hai idea quanti e che tipi di concorso hanno fatto? nel senso : hanno fatto i campioni di colorazione? i campioni gallo e gallina? o ancora classi di concorso a gruppi ecc...

The Bruges exhibition had a part what was the "Silkie European Championship". In this Championship all the recognized silkies were present: white, black, grigioperla, cucula, gold partridge, Silver partridge, red, buff, blue, this in bearded and non-bearded.
For every colour there was a Champion + and all round Champion of all the colours and animals present.
Depending on how many animals were present in one colour, if more than 16 animals in one colour than one cock and one hen were named Champion, if less than 16 animals of one colour than only one Champion in that colour (male or female).
