GIUSTA GRADAZIONE GALLINE SELVATICA ORO

Mi capita di avere tra le galline di moroseta selvatica oro tre gradazioni diverse di colore. Ho visto in qualche mostra e presso qualche allevatore, sempre la tonalità più scura(3). Partendo dal presupposto,spero corretto, che nelle galline di moroseta la colorazione sia sempre pura,mi chiedevo se le gradazioni più chiare sono da ritenersi penalizzanti in vista di un eventuale giudizio. Are there differences in the judgment?

Depends on the country where the judgement is made !
- In Germany they WANT the partridge Silkies (gold and Silver) more darker than the above photo's
- In Holland when there are two animals with the same points, one lighter colored (as the body) and one middle colored (as a melange) than will be gived priority to the lighter one (as on your first photo)

Ciao, come ha detto danny dipende dal paese e dalle preferenze del giudice, personalmente seleziono in tonalità media, con un bel petto chiaro..quella della prima foto non viene considerata selvatica oro, le ultime 2 possono essere giudicate in questa colorazione

in mostra non è considerabile ne selvatica chiara (per selvatica chiara noi intendiamo la selvatica media postata da danny) ne selvatica scura, poi senti danny ma per me è considerabile un'incrocio di colore o colore non definito nel senso mancano troppe sfumature tipiche delle colorazione selvatica oro per poterla definire di questa colorazione a prescindere dal chiaro o scuro

Le femmine delle colorazioni legate al sesso, vedi selvatica oro e selvatica argento non sono mai eterozigoti (fenotipicamente non vengono mezze un colore, mezze un'altro). Il punto è che la prima per me non selvatica..può portare il gene del selvatico ma fenotipicamente per me un giudice non la può classsificare in quella colorazione..cmq sentiamo danny

The Silkie in the first photo is not so very good to see, (and she have a strange shape for a Silkie) but assuming she is pure Silkie I think she will become like this one (this is a photo of a NON bearded):



Your second hen is more like the first photo I putted the one with the "morehead" (blackhead) only yours is a gradation darker

They both are variants of the "lighter colored gold partridge". There are several gradations in it but normaly we speak only of 3, the light, the middle and the dark gradation (but as I said are several in between).
On exhibition in Holland, as I already said, when 2 animals as this ones compead with the same points the judge will give advantage to the one with the ciuffo same coloration as the body.

My personal preferation go's to the most darker variant with "morehead" as they are wanted in Germany (not in Holland) and there they are called with hobbyname "wildtype" aswell in the gold as Silver section.

The more darker variant is becomed with adition of "black melaniser" (= black reinforcer) as for example is the gene "Ml" (Melanotic).
