I distributed several of my different "new" coloration project-birds among several of my friends in different European countries (also in Italy) to continue the selection and for the certainty that the selected genes would not suddenly be lost on 1 specific location due to illness or a fox attack. The idea behind this plan was to can rely on those friends to deploy animals back in my project-coops if necessary. That is what friends are for, right ?
