For me this a "blu collo argento con dorso arancio". This is a coloration you become easy when crossing a Silver X gold bird.
Just notice the wing-shoulder red is not orange but deep dark red. So this means in one of the parents was present the "Mh" (mahagony).
In genetics this intend you crossed :
E/e+ S/S (or S/s+) Bl+bl+ = blu X e+/e+ s+/- bl+/bl+ (or Bl/bl+) Pg/Pg Mh/Mh (or Mh/mh+) = perniciata a maglie nere o perniciato a maglie blu

(notice the Blue father had to be unpure on the E-locus "E/e+" (groundcolor) if he was E/E all the chichs should have been Blue or Black in phenotype)
