I know was not mentioned in the English Standard but also in the Holland Standard they not speak about Hernia (http://www.zijdehoenclub.nl/home.html). But out of experience I know that they accept in exhibition the skull raise/aumento del cranio by a grease hump/gobba del grasso. About all exposed females have it !!
