Ciao Peppe, yes "patrijs" = "pernice" BUT there are 2 kind of "pernice"
1 = perniciata which is "eb/eb" = Asiatic Partridge (hens have NO Salmon red chest);
2 = selvatica which is "e+/e+" = Bankiva Partridge (hens HAVE a Salmon red chest).
The ONLY coloration that is recognaized in Holland is the "goudpel" (oro fiocchi neri) the other colors, Partridge, white and Blue are NOT recognized but excist.
