I understood that you were talking about the young hens, and not about the mothers! the mothers doesen't have the little dots!
So if a white pullet(generally speacking) have the little black dots, it should be a Dominant White?
Yes, when a White (cock or hen) show these little black dots it is an indication it is Dominant White (it is no certitude). When the white is recessive white than you never see these little black dots (that is a certitude)
