The difference and similarity of "millefiori" on gold and on Silver :

To can call this "design-colorations" millefiori we need to can notice black+red+white at the same time.
When we see only black+Silver(=looking as white)+white, (nevertheless 3) we can not speak of millefiori.

As an alternative you could call the first millefiori (oro) and the second millefiori (Argento).
