As Crestillo said, you can see little difference in the phenotype that indicate if they have as ground-color e+ or eb or eWh. Just look them very close.
The only way to be exactely sure is do a test-breed, the chicks will tell you exactely what they are ;-) because all 3 (e+, eb, eWh) have typical chick phenotypes.
