ER/ER on a hen as on the photo give a phenotype as a black with Silver neck. Betulla hens not have always the Silver lacing on the chest as Betulla cocks always have.
E/ER, E/eWh, E/eb, E/e+ on a hen as the photo can give a phenotype as a black with a Silver neck
When the black-pigment is reinforced by Ml/Ml or Ml/ml+ than the phenotype will be completely black whatever is the ground-color (= E-locus).
