It is complicated when used "hobbynames" in different languages !
The white in the Livornos is Dominant White "I/I" (originaly in the other races it was recessive white "c/c").
Black in about all races is Domiant Black "E/E" (but there excist also recessive black "rb/rb" but also "i+/i+" is considered as recessive black).
- "witbont" is intended as "exchequer" which is the combination of Dominant Black (on Silver) and Dominant White along with mottled
= "E/E S/S*S/- I/I (or I/i+) mo/mo" (as you Italians say "bianca picchiettata nera").
- "zwartbont" is intended the black with white pearls, this is Domiant Black (on Silver) along with mottled
= "E/E S/S*S/- mo/mo" (as you Italians say "nera picchiettata di bianco").

As you can see the difference is "Dominant white" !

For the explanations how this work Dominant white <=> Dominant Black have some more patience for the Basic-color-genetics-guide in Italiano .
