when a "new color" is to bring up for recognation, the special club (here the Moroseta club), can bring his own specifications for that color to the recognation comity !
I intend there can be made exceptions in the existing standard. Or you can make a new variation in a yet existing race (as Rachele propose).
It can also take over the specifications of an other country !
quando un "nuovo colore" è di portare su per il recognation, il club speciale (qui il club di Moroseta), può portare le sue proprie specifiche per quel colore al cortesia di recognation !
Intendo là posso essere reso ad eccezioni nello standard attuale. O potete fare una nuova variazione eppure nella corsa attuale (come Rachele proponga).
Può anche assumere la direzione delle specifiche di un altro paese!
