When is tried to bring up "new" colorations it start with O%. Generation after generation the wanted color-genes are put in the right place. After gone from Dominant color-genes over to recessive color-genes in the 4th and 5th generations the first subjects start to appear with the right combinations and this only with about 25%.
Only now in the 6th generation I can breed the right male color subject to the right female color subject to become the right colored offspring in sufficient numbers.
After 5 generations (with about 150 à 200 chicks each generation) with only calculated genotypes subjects becomes visible the results.
This means I breeded between 750 and 1000 chicks as the subjects showed in the photos that have potiential as working breeding subjects but with no extern value for the postulated result.
This is what is a project all about, much patience, much selections, knowledge & trust in what was calculated from the start and this over and over again and over again.
